Scope Of Work
CCC was contracted by General Contractor, Frank Rewold and Son, Inc. to self-perform cast-in place structure concrete, 2 parking levels below street level, with 2 elevated concrete decks and ramps, 5 levels above street level structural steel with Slab on metal deck concrete. CCC was also awarded an additional bid-pack for interior trades which included CFMF, DW, ACT, metal framing, carpentry and fireproofing.
