Scope Of Work
New 12,698 sf state of the art nautical themed medical office building for North County Health Services Pediatric Clinic at the recently revamped campus in Oceanside. The project included demolition of the existing building, which required abatement of the flooring and roofing material due to asbestos and construction of a single story with steel frame, concrete slab on grade and exterior masonry and stucco walls. Existing site utilities were reconfigured along with the installation of a new main electrical service. The project also called for off-site improvements for the City of Oceanside including improved ADA access, utility realignment and new frontage. This beautiful project, built to OSHPD 3 standards, showcases a sunken ship reception desk and is being used as a model for Storm Water Prevention Techniques for the City of Oceanside.
