Scope Of Work
13,876 sf office tenant improvement in the UTC area. Construction included entry with a custom designed reception desk, large open office spaces with specialty systems furniture, multiple conference and huddle rooms, an all glass executive office and extensive employee kitchen and break lounge. Additional design features included careful coordination of the tenant’s corporate colors applied throughout the suite and extensive floor to ceiling glazing.
