Scope Of Work
Two phase 66,200 sf tenant improvement project which received LEED for Interiors certification by the USGBC. Scope included 61,000 sf of class A office build-out that employed DIRTT demountable wall systems in high occupancy and private office areas as well as construction of an extensive kitchen, dining area and fitness center complete with shower facilities.
