Scope Of Work
General Contractor for rehabilitation of 26000 s.f. including demolition and replacement of entire mechanical and electrical systems. The project included hazardous material abatement, new roof penetrations, new structural supports for larger air handling units, new steam and chilled water systems, new electrical and lighting systems and new fire suppression system. Interior finishes included new ceiling system, painting and epoxy flooring.
