Scope Of Work
Stage 3 included a new pedestrian promenade with enhanced walkways and pedestrian lighting, a central plaza with stone seating and an interactive water feature, artwork integrated into the entry monuments, picnic shelters (3), wayfinding signage, improved access roadways, landscaping, irrigation, security lighting improvements a new bus transit plaza on Third Street, and road improvements to Third Street to accommodate the future construction of the eastside extension of the Gold Line Light Rail System. In addition, exterior site improvements were added to the new County Hall, including public seating areas, landscaping, security and installed all provided artwork.
