Scope Of Work
This project consisted of the development of twenty-five acres, including seven separate lots. The civil site development included the installation of all sanitary, storm water, electric, and phone infrastructure for the development of the future buildings. During the site development, a Walgreens building was constructed at the intersection of Hwy. q00 and Taylor Road. The retail center has a mansard roof with shingles, a brick and stone veneer. At the top of the retail center, there is light glass cupola clock tower.
Also under phase 2, a new freestanding clock tower was constructed at the intersection of Taylor and Main Street.
