Scope Of Work
As a Preferred Vendor for BJC, TW Constructors in a joint venture with McGrath renovated a BJC campus facility for relocation of BJC personnel from the existing Queeny tower. The project was broken down into multiple phases that included demolition and renovation of 5-separate office work areas, the creation of a radiology work area and vascular lab exam room renovations. TW Constructors self-performed millwork, wall protection, and doors/frames/hardware for the entire renovation.
