Scope Of Work

W. M. Jordan Company is providing Construction Management at Risk services for The University of Virginia Darden School Foundation’s Darden Inn and Conference Center (The Inn) at the University of Virginia (UVA), a new 5-story, 198,000 square foot facility with 199 rooms and 25,000 square feet of conference space and a new arboretum.

To accommodate the new state-of-the art facility, the existing Inn at Darden has been partially demolished, including Sponsors Hall Dining, the Sponsors Hall East, the Gate House and partially, Sponsors Hall West. Utility relocations, tying into the University’s central chilled water system and site work to improve connectivity to the pedestrian walkways on the campus are also included.
