Scope Of Work
AC Hotels by Marriott offer quality, comfort, and timeless European design. The brand caters to the modern business traveler, featuring innovative spaces designed with collaboration in mind. This seven-story urban hotel with 135 guest rooms delivers signature elements such as the AC Lounge, an open space designed for both work life and nightlife; connected meeting spaces; a European breakfast and buffet; and large fitness room. Meeting and event spaces dominate the seventh floor with a conference room, meeting rooms, library, kitchen, main AC Lounge, and outdoor rooftop deck. The Level7 rooftop bar offers a gathering place for visitors and locals with entertainment and panoramic views of Raleigh’s North Hills neighborhood. This project is seeking LEED Certification for sustainable design and construction.
