Scope Of Work
We were privileged to build Heskamp Partners’ first Penn Station East Coast Subs restaurant in Charlotte, North Carolina 16 years ago. When Owner Tom Heskamp decided to move the shop into a newly-constructed development, he contacted AMS Contractors to complete the upfit. The 1,344-square-foot space is equipped with a large sandwich station, grill, sandwich warmer, food prep and refrigerated space, and dishwashing area. The AMS team is thrilled to work with Heskamp Partners as they continue to provide casual dining options in the Charlotte area.
