Scope Of Work
The Maryville University Sports Lounge was built primarily as a location for all students to congregate and relax with a massive sports theme in mind. The 3,000 SF sports lounge includes cushioned lounge chairs and sofas, gas fireplace, elevated stage platform, electronic dart boards, elevated table tops and chairs, and actual baseball stadium-style seating.
LANDCO constructed the space with reclaimed barn siding on the walls, custom steel mesh television support structures suspended from the ceiling, exposed painted ceiling deck and bar joist with LED spot lights, and stacked stone veneer fireplace.
A bright red ceramic tile feature wall with custom backlit logo was constructed near the main entrance of the new sports lounge. Vintage sports jerseys and memorabilia are proudly displayed on the walls as a reminder of the rich history of Maryville’s sports program and their alumni athletes.
