Scope Of Work
S. M. Wilson was selected to provide construction management services for five new stores for the retailer – Hazelwood, Missouri; Columbus, Ohio; Louisville, Kentucky; Christiana, Delaware; and Bowling Green, Kentucky. Construction will start construction on a sixth store in West Chester, Ohio in October 2014.
Each Cabela’s facility features an aquarium stocked with fish native to the area. In addition, each store has a mountain replica with running waterfalls and streams, a gun library, general store, retail space and an indoor archery range. The high-end spaces also boast a sun-drenched atrium interior featuring authentic fieldstone accents and wood furnishings.
