Scope Of Work
GBT Realty Corp. of Brentwood, TN contracted Knoebel Construction to construct the expansive $54 million Shoppes at Mid Rivers in St. Peters, Missouri. The project consists of 14 buildings within a 270,000-square-foot shopping center located on a high-visibility, 28-acre parcel directly across I-70 from Mid Rivers Mall.
Knoebel Construction divided the work into subprojects with separate management teams to meet the expedited schedule and goal of opening for the 2017 holiday shopping season. Tenants include Academy Sports + Outdoors, Burlington, Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, HomeGoods, ULTA Beauty, Five Below and Famous Footwear.
