Scope Of Work
BAI completed a 20,000 sf transformation of existing office space into South Shore Charter Public School’s brand new High School. BAI constructed the space into over 20 classrooms, new bathrooms, reception station, open area, and offices all within an extremely aggressive schedule to be open for the September 2016 school year. BAI built a brand new entrance and facade specifically for the school to allow their own entrance completely separate from the rest of the tenant’s in the building.
