Scope Of Work
Sequoia General Contracting Corp. was privileged to be selected as the general contractor to transform an old Krispy Kreme location into the new home for Clara’s family style Italian restaurant. Prior to design work, Sequoia provided preliminary budgets to determine the feasibility and viability of this project. Since completion of the initial phase of the project in late 2013, two additional phases of work have been completed providing more dining space, kitchen space and an enclosed storage area. Sequoia worked closely with the restaurant staff to keep the restaurant operational during the additional phases.
