Scope Of Work
Freehand Miami is the reinvention of the historic Indian Creek Hotel, one of Miami Beach’s classic 1930s Art Deco buildings.
27 Restaurant & Bar is located in the historic house next door that was originally built by legendary architect Russell Pancoast. It’s a piece of art, so Winmar Construction worked tirelessly to preserve and restore its beauty. With light oak floors, floral wallpapers, cork ceilings and an eclectic collection of quirky, retro knickknacks/antiques, the restaurant and bar is a casual, inviting space with lots of warm, homey vibes.
