Scope Of Work
Pincus Construction cleared an existing parcel and built from the ground up a 7,530 square foot new OReillys Retail store. Work performed included:
Clearing of an existing lot, a vapor mitigation system, Concrete footings, Concrete Foundation Walls and slab, Masonry Block, Faux stone, Steel Columns and Beams, Wood Trusses, Asphalt Shingles, EPDM Membrane Roofing, and EIFS for the exteriors.
The interiors included attic access ladders, polished concrete floors, metal studs, drywall, sprayed foam insulation, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
