Scope Of Work
The Rogosin Institute is an independent, not-for-profit institution for research, treatment and prevention of kidney disease. Affiliated with New York Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Cornell Medical College, Rogosin provides the highest quality, compassionate clinical care for people with kidney and other chronic diseases.
Scully Construction undertook a comprehensive renovation of a 13,000 square foot warehouse in Brooklyn, NY. The facility includes 28 dialysis stations, exam and consultation rooms, patient waiting area, conference rooms and offices. Mechanical upgrades included new HVAC systems, life safety, emergency generator back up and complete reverse osmosis / deionized water supply and return with a bicarbonate piping system. Exterior improvements includes insulated windows, new doors and entries with enhanced security,, new roofing and canopy, upgrades to the parking lot, drainage and landscaped areas. Project was completed in May 2017.
