Scope Of Work
Interior fit-out of 30,000 square foot headquarters space for a leading liquor importer in the United States. Scully provided construction management services to facilitate construction of office space, meeting & board rooms, IT, Wellness facilities and a Town Hall space, complete with a custom built bar to showcase the company’s iconic brand. The overall design pays homage to Mast-Jägermeister’s rich history and showcases several artistic installations highlighting the brand’s evolution. Project was completed in an accelerated 9 week schedule.
