Scope Of Work
The scope of work for this two year, multiphase project started with the extensive renovation of one, 500,000 square foot existing building, the complete gut renovation of a second 45,000 square foot academic building, and the construction of a new, four story, 250 bed, 45,000 square foot dormitory building on the site.
