Scope Of Work
This was a multi-phased project at Marymount Health Care System’s Clare Hall. The project consisted of providing a new rehab space, built out under a current wing of Clare Hall, and the remodeling of a hospice wing. The rehab center was a blend of new construction and renovation. The area under the hospice wing was an open patio that was enclosed to create the space for the rehab center. The hospice wing was a complete gut and renovation, providing new modernized patient rooms and common space areas. Our firm served as the general contractor on the project.
