Scope Of Work
Serving 700 student athletes, this 80,000-square-foot design/build facility provides a training center for the men’s and women’s soccer and lacrosse teams, as well as all support services, including a film room, locker rooms, strength and conditioning facilities, hydrotherapy room and two full-size soccer fields. Consolidating the academic support services for all student athletes, it provides spaces for tutoring and guidance, a social hangout space, and study areas. The project—which was designed and built by Natoli in under 24 months—also includes offices for the entire university athletic faculty and staff.
