Scope Of Work
This project involved the construction of five new sorority houses set in a group on the edge of the Washington and Lee campus. General building plans are similar, with each having some unique features or finishes. Each sorority building contains 10,000 square feet foot print, is 3 stories in height. The buildings are connected by a trellised promenade. The project also included new site access road, utilities, and related site amenities.
