Scope Of Work
This project utilized a team build approach to help the client achieve a tight timeframe to have the new manufacturing facility constructed and producing product. The project site selected was the former lite gage steel manufacturing plant in Botetourt County. The scope of work included renovating 11,850 SF of the existing metal facility and a new 32,800 SF addition to house the fabrication shop. Office space totaling 4,600 SF was also included in the addition. The expansion allows for future growth to manufacture 100-ton electrical transformers.
