Scope Of Work
A Design-Build project with Art & Architecture, Inc. involving building upgrades to provide renovated apartments with economical & efficient heating/AC to the historic Terrace Apartments in Roanoke. This project was delivered in conjunction with TAP's commitment to providing affordable housing for family usage in the Roanoke Valley. Project included complete interior renovations with new appliances, new laundry facilities, and a new community room for residents. Apartments were 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units and several are handicapped accessible.
