Scope Of Work
Constructed in the Valley Tech Industrial Park in Roanoke County, this design/build project included the construction of a 276,000 SF book printing facility, related offices, and all site work. It houses approximately 44,000 SF of finished office space, 48,000 SF of storage/warehouse space, and an 184,000 SF area for the presses and bindery lines.The exterior is a combination of architectural pre-cast concrete panels and brick veneer with continuous bands of windows and glass curtain wall. This fast-track, design/build project required a total construction time of eight months.
