Scope Of Work
A Negotiated Design/Build project involving the expansion of a commercial bakery facility in Roanoke, Virginia, originally built in 1998. This fast-track expansion consists of a 29,927 square foot production/packaging area, 11,050 square foot low temperature freezer storage area; 2,700 square foot office addition, and a 2,600 square foot shipping/loading dock. From the date of release, the structure was erected and ready to receive production equipment in only four (4) months and the new production line was operational in just seven (7) months.
