Scope Of Work
Complete restoration of 1843 and 1899 historic church gutted by fire. Only remaining structure was exterior brick and wall and main floor. Work included new top of walls, roof framing, steeple, complete interior including balconies, finishes, and furnishings, new windows, doors and floors. Also included complete new mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems and related code upgrades. The sanctuary has a seating capacity of 682 people.
