Scope Of Work
The project consisted of demolition of a one story portion of existing education wing. The new addition is three stories of classrooms with a three story atrium attached. The building is concrete slab on grade. Walls are block with brick veneer except for the atrium portion which is block with EIFS exterior. The roof system is single-ply membrane. Site grading, drainage work, utility relocation, paving, final grading and seeding are included in this contract.
