Scope Of Work
Construction of 1 story masonry and steel framed building with interior CMU partitions, metal and single-ply roofing, architectural casework, food service equipment, specialties and finishes. The project includes culinary arts, cosmetology, industrial maintenance, building maintenance, building trades, auto service and small engine labs and associated classrooms. Sitework includes 23 acres with storm water management, sidewalks, parking lots, grading and access roads.
