Scope Of Work
A new 16,400 sf addition including administrative, offices, clinic, classrooms, toilets, storage and mechanical/electrical spaces. The renovation of the existing building includes conversion of the existing administrative area to classrooms and addition of fire separation doors along with removal and replacement of existing ceilings for installation and tie-in to existing utilities. The project includes limited site work related to the new construction, new parking, new bus loop, utilities and storm drainage.
