Trellis House is a 319-unit, mixed-use community located in Washington, DC's Shaw neighborhood. The community features an elevated interior courtyard with pool and grill area, vegetative green roof, and hydroponic room on the sky terrace. A large clubhouse offers residents several amenity areas including a fitness studio, yoga room, clubroom, and business center. A two-story below-grade parking garage provides 139 parking spaces. Trellis House's exterior features a blend of cast stone, composite metal panels, Nichiha panels, storefront, curtainwall, and fiber cement siding.
