Scope Of Work
In light of the increasing amount of local traffic in Washington, D.C., mixed-use developments serve as a suburban oasis, bringing modern retail conveniences within steps of a resident’s home. The mixed-use design of Lorton Town Center, which is comprised of two three-story, mixed-use buildings with a combined 36,612 square feet of retail space, makes this community one of the most desirable. The Residences of Lorton Station was the 22nd project constructed for repeat client Kettler of Vienna, VA. The condominium project at Lorton Town Center consists of two three-story, mixed-use buildings with a combined 36,612 SF of retail space. Floor plans for the wood-framed buildings include retail space on street level and 16 spacious loft-style condominiums in each building. Individual residences offer washers/dryers, gas ranges, and gas fireplaces. Community amenities include a playground, a bandstand, and private parking.
