Scope Of Work
CBG constructed this 304-unit, market-rate community for repeat-client Hazel Land Companies. The eight four- and five-story, wood-framed residential buildings with views of the Potomac River offer residents a choice of apartments with lofts and one, two, or three bedrooms. Interior amenities include refrigerators with icemakers, microwaves, washers/dryers, crown molding, and luxury soaker tubs. Residents enjoy access to detached and attached garages, a clubhouse, and a pool.
