Scope Of Work
The project is a mixed use building comprised of both vehicle repair and business type uses. The design features one to two work bays with an anticipated three to four future bays within a separate package, supporting spaces for the work bays, a small office suite, and restrooms. The intended use is minor repair, fluid change, and office support for the San Marcos ISD school district bus system.
