Scope Of Work
New ground up 60,000 SF pre-engineered building with office area and manufacturing. The site is 15 acres with all new utilities with concrete paving. The building includes 4 overhead 10 ton cranes and 5 jib cranes, paint both, wash bays and compressed air lines.
