Scope Of Work
Cadence McShane Construction Company served as the construction manager at risk on The Bowden, a 36,000-square-foot, multi-building event center complex located in Keller, Texas. The Bowden is owned by the Greater Keller Women’s Club and Foundation that is dedicated to furthering the welfare of individuals within the community and its fellow members through philanthropy, fundraising and outreach.
The event center and chapel are situated on a 5.6-acre wooded site. The buildings’ exterior designs feature elegant facades that utilize a combination of stone and stucco. The interior foyer offers direct access into the grand chapel boasting intricate woodwork and an abundance of natural light. The 28,000-square-foot community center has 16 crystal chandeliers along with the beautiful view overlooking the two-acre pond. Other features include a full-service kitchen, private offices, conference rooms, the outdoor patio, state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment and a 189-car parking lot.
