Scope Of Work
Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for the 150,000-square-foot, build-to-suit headquarters of the Texas Association of School Boards located in Austin, Texas.
The three-story building’s exterior was constructed of a composite aluminum panel system over a steel frame, complemented by stone and masonry accents. Expansive storefront windows provide maximum ambient lighting throughout the facility. The interior of the headquarters was designed to allow flexible workspace configurations to meet the needs of the Texas Association of School Boards.
