Cadence McShane Construction Company was selected as the design-builder for OakBend Medical Center, a 60,000-square-foot medical office building located in Richmond, Texas. The two-story facility serves the growing OakBend Medical Center campuses, which includes physician suites in a variety of configurations to suit the needs of the tenants. OakBend Medical Center features a full-service imaging center and the area’s first ambulatory surgery center.

Cadence McShane designed and constructed the medical office building to feature tiltwall structure with a glass curtain wall and limestone and lush landscaping on the grounds of the site.
