Scope Of Work

Cadence McShane Construction Company provided the construction management services for the 168,000-square-foot corporate offices for Marconi Communications located in Irving, Texas. The three-story building includes offices, conference rooms, laboratories, a fitness center and other support spaces. The two-story atrium lobby features granite tile flooring with wood and metal accent walls. The interior spaces are organized around brightly colored corridors which divide the department areas.

Cadence McShane won an award for the Marconi Communications project from Texas Construction’s “1999 Merit Award for Outstanding Private Building Project.”
