Scope Of Work

Cadence McShane Construction Company served as construction manager at risk for the Arzell Ball Center facility located in Richardson, Texas. The Arzell Ball Center is a new 28,000-square-foot, non-traditional school and includes classrooms for the Memorial Park Academy Program, allowing Richardson ISD students to earn high school credits while participating in a non-traditional school setting. The Center also includes a café area, professional development training rooms and a school administration area. The administration area located on-site included a complete interior renovation of nearly all of the building’s areas used by the district’s maintenance, administrative and transportation staff.

Cadence McShane also renovated the district’s existing 20,000-square-foot administration annex facility and completed sitework, including the removal of the existing bus barn, conversion of the existing high school football field to Memorial Park and the pavement of the parking lot. The Arzell Ball Center is a campus dedicated to providing all types of students the education needed to succeed.
