Scope Of Work
This 12,108-square-foot first generation build-out is designed by San Francisco firm RMW Architecture Interiors for Prologis’ regional office. Unique finishes include suspended wood wool panels, exposed ceiling, black metal arches accenting the entry and millwork walls. The broker lounge features a copper ceiling and the break room features a U-shaped bar with black powder-coated hanging shelves. This sleek office is located within Arch-Con-built Village Towers developed by Moody National Companies off of I-10 in Houston.
