Scope Of Work
The buildout for Lionstone Investments’s corporate offices in the historic Jesse Jones building downtown included a 22,145-square-foot, two-floor remodel including the construction of an internal stairwell connecting the two floors. Designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects, a mixture of open concept and glass enclosed spaces to create a bright, open space was also added as well as remodeled restrooms, exposed ceilings and new HVAC and electrical.
