Scope Of Work

This project is a three-story, 70,000-square-foot non-profit clinic located on a 3.5-acre site on Bellaire Blvd. in Houston, Texas. Level one features a main entrance canopy, entry vestibule, lobby, public circulation, dental clinic, community space, food service, imaging, a pharmacy and building support. Level two features behavioral health, pediatric and OB clinics, future optometry clinic, clinic lab and shared staff areas. Level three is a shell space for future build-out of administration areas including business development, call center, conference center, finance/billing, human resources, IT, medical records and education. Construction includes new entrances to the property, surface parking, landscaping and a detention pond.
