Ballad Infusion Therapy Expansion consisted of renovations and new tenant fit-up on the campus of Indian Path Medical Center. The project consists of 26,274 square feet on the first floor of Building 2202.
The tenant fit-up has a large waiting room with refreshment station, two separate sub-waiting areas, check-in/reception area, 27 Consultation rooms – with the majority of these being existing rooms provided with new lighting, finishes, electrical, and data as required, dedicated spaces for Physician work areas, Staff lounge, Port Room, Lab with blood draw and soiled workroom.
The new Infusion Center consists of 47 new infusion bays. Each new infusion bay is equipped with med gas and individual casework units. 5 of these infusion bays have cubicle curtains for privacy. Two separate Nurse Stations are provided in the Infusion Area so patients can closely be monitored as needed. A new physician suite (Dr. Kramer with dedicated entrance) is located conveniently to consultation rooms.
