Most college campuses struggle with a common issue: a lack of parking. It’s doubly so at the University of South Carolina, which called on McCrory to build one of the downtown campus’ most prominent parking structures. With an enrollment of more than 30,000 students, the 231,000-square-foot garage provides vital, centralized parking.
The massive, poured-in-place structure also includes offices for the University’s Parking Services business on the ground floor level. The busy garage is well used by students, faculty and visitors with five levels of easily accessible, metered visitor parking. Easy access and exit make this garage a popular parking solution.
