Scope Of Work
Joe Friedman construction is very proud of the Helzberg Diamonds completed in Altamonte Springs, a beautiful suburb of Orlando, Florida. We completed the landlord work which comprised of demolishing and turning two tenant spaces into one larger space and consolidation of the former utilities to accommodate the new configuration. We worked in close coordination our client Helzberg Diamonds and the Altamonte Mall to complete this successful and stunning corner location in 12 weeks time. We look forward to more projects like this in Florida.
