Scope Of Work
$3.4 million dollar conversion of three (3), 1-story buildings into a 23,257 square foot retail structure. Work included removing one half of the building while maintaining the existing roof structure, raising the floor to connect buildings, installation of a new raised loading dock and new Peco vault room.
