Scope Of Work
Burlington Coat Factory will be the new tenant at the Hilltown Crossing Shopping Center. Renovation to this existing 63,986 square foot Super G super market will consist of demolition to all super market equipment and cooler boxes, reuse of the ceiling grid, ductwork and electrical gear, new exterior paint, new storefront and auto doors and installation of new RTU units.
